Mental Wellbeing and Safety in Employment (MWSE)

This certificated workshop provides an introduction to workplace responsibilities and ways to improve employment mental health and wellbeing, from both Health and Safety and Human Resources legislation and good practice perspectives.

 

 

Learning Outcomes

  • understand health and safety and employment law with regards to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • understand the impact of working practices and cultures on an individual's mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • know where to access resources to improve working practices for both the employer and employee in relation to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
