This certificated workshop provides an introduction to workplace responsibilities and ways to improve employment mental health and wellbeing, from both Health and Safety and Human Resources legislation and good practice perspectives.
A qualified Headteacher with two Masters degrees directly related to delivering education and progressing disaffected, disengaged and special educational needs young people and adults.
Committed to making Health and Safety applicable to both the individual and the business and ensuring legal compliancy through policies, procedures and training.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 30 years Human Resoures and business experience. Specialising in finding staffing solutions and assisting businesses in managing their resources to enhance staff productivity and motivation.
