This 1.5 day CPD accredited course instills confidence in managers to approach and articulate their intent to create a fully inclusive workplace for all.
Learning takes place in manageable sessions through a mixture of group activities, presentations and discussions.
The course is accompanied by resources to support ongoing implementation plans.
Manager Course Content:
(In addition to both the Awareness and Champion contents)
- Reflect on attitudes, policy and implementation of neuro-diversity workplace support
- Discuss real-life workplace examples and identify potential cause and effect challenges
- Review recommended, current and/or potential workplace policies that support neuro-divergent volunteers, employees and/or managers
- Identify reasonable adjustments. In-particular those that can be implemented immediately, are cost effective and/or reasonably practicable

Day 1:
9.30 – 10.30: Awareness
11.30 – 1.30 & 2-4: Champion
Day 2:
9.30 – 1: Managers

- £325 per person
- £2050 per group (10 maximum)
- £2500 per group (11-16)
