This two-day Mental Health First Aid England course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider. Course numbers are limited to ensure that you can be safe and supported whilst you learn. Permission is required from Parents/Carers if the delegate is under the age of 16. Learning takes place in four manageable sessions through a mixture of group activities, presentations and discussions. Each session is built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan, accompanied by a comprehensive set of resources inside your own personal manual.

This one-day Mental Health First Aid England course certificates you as a Mental Health Champion. Course numbers are limited to ensure that you can be safe and supported whilst you learn. Permission is required from Parents/Carers if the delegate is under the age of 16. Learning takes place in two manageable sessions through a mixture of group activities, presentations and discussions. The Mental Health First Aid action plan is introduced, accompanied by a comprehensive set of resources inside your own personal manual.

This three-hour Mental Health First Aid England course recognises you as being Mental Health Aware. Course numbers are limited to ensure that you can be safe and supported whilst you learn. Permission is required from Parents/Carers if the delegate is under the age of 16. Learning takes place in two manageable sessions through presentation, discussion and activity. Delegates leave with their own course manual.

This certificated workshop provides an introduction to workplace responsibilities and ways to improve employment mental health and wellbeing, from both Health and Safety and Human Resources legislation and good practice perspectives.
