This two-day Livingworks course empowers people to provide skilled, life-saving interventions. Courses are delivered by two knowledgable and supportive trainers, with numbers limited to ensure that you can be safe and supported whilst you learn. The minimum age to complete the course is 16. ONLINE: Keeping Individuals Safe from Suicide (KISS)

In these two hours we explore the difference between a person having thoughts about suiciding and having made suicide plans. We dispel myths that talking about suicide can 'encourage' thoughts and actions. We also become familiar using the acronym “STOP” when engaging with someone who is considering completing suicide. This course is delivered through an interactive learning session via an online learning platform. Full logging in and participation details will be forwarded at course booking.
