Connecting as a ‘friend’ on social media platforms is often not a true definition of what a ‘friend’ is – in my own personal opinion. But, if you are used to seeing a person’s posts on social media, you may just be the person that notices a difference in the manner or which they are posting, or the content of what they are posting.
If you are ever concerned about the mental, emotional, social or physical wellbeing of a person you are connected with – maybe consider if you can support them in a way that is true to the definition of being a ‘friend’.
